Times Group and Times Property Management Partner with Kindness is Contagious Campaign to Support Daily Bread Food Bank
During the COVID-19 pandemic, food banks in Toronto saw a staggering 200% increase in new clients accessing their services. In response to this growing need, Times Group and Times Property Management proudly partnered with the Kindness is Contagious Holiday Food Drive Campaign, led by @rjabreo, to support the vital work of the Daily Bread Food Bank.
Over the holiday season, food donation bins were placed in 14 of our managed buildings, resulting in an incredible 44 bins filled and the collection of 6,196 lbs of food and $6,330 in donations. To amplify these contributions, Times Property Management matched each pound and dollar raised, donating an additional $12,526 to Daily Bread Food Bank.
We are deeply grateful to our residents, staff, and all who contributed to this campaign. Together, we have helped make a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing food insecurity.
