Times Group Celebrates Three Wins at the 2026 BILD Awards

Times Group is proud to announce that it has been recognized with three prestigious honours at the 2026 BILD Awards, one of the highest forms of recognition within the Greater Toronto Area’s home building industry.

This year, Times Group was awarded:

Fearless Innovator Award

The Fearless Innovator Award recognizes organizations that challenge conventional thinking and create meaningful impact through bold ideas and leadership. Times Group was honoured to receive this recognition for its innovative approach to city-building and community development. Best Mid-Rise Building Design – The Chatsworth

Located in Toronto’s prestigious Lawrence Park neighbourhood, The Chatsworth was recognized with the BILD Award for Best Mid-Rise Building Design. Designed as a boutique collection of just 29 luxury residences overlooking the Chatsworth Ravine, the project balances refined architecture, exceptional interior design, and a deep connection to its natural surroundings. The award is a testament to the collaborative efforts of the outstanding team behind the project, whose shared vision helped create a residence that is both timeless and uniquely connected to its setting.

Best Purpose-Built Rental Project – Akoya

Akoya was honoured with the BILD Award for Best Purpose-Built Rental Project, recognizing excellence in the design and delivery of rental housing. Located in Midtown Toronto, Akoya was conceived as a modern rental experience inspired by wellness, simplicity, and thoughtful living. From its carefully curated amenities and resident-focused services to its design-forward approach, the project reflects a growing demand for high-quality rental communities that prioritize both comfort and lifestyle. This recognition reinforces Times Group’s commitment to delivering purpose-built rental housing that elevates the resident experience while contributing to the long-term housing needs of the city.
