Times Group Principals Hashem Ghadaki and Mohammad Ghadaki, together with project partners Arsalan and Minoo Mohajer of Parkset Developments are proud to announce a $3 million pledge in support of North York General Hospital’s newest and most ambitious initiative to date—a state-of-the-art long-term care development designed to meet the growing needs of seniors in the region. This major investment will help establish one of the largest long-term care homes in Ontario.

“Building communities isn’t just about structures and skylines – it’s about supporting the people who live and work in them. Investing in health and long-term care in particular is investing in the future of our communit.” Hashem Ghadaki, President of Times Group.

“It is a privilege to be able to support the hospital in this endeavour and to give back to the community where we have lived and operated in for the past 40 years.” Arsalan Mohajer, President of Parkset.

“We are truly grateful to the Times Group for their generosity, leadership, and commitment. This new development will help set a new standard of care for seniors, and we are thrilled to have Times Group as a partner in this transformative journey.” Seanna Millar, President & CEO of the North York General Foundation.

The new long-term care development will serve North York’s increasingly diverse and aging population, delivering inclusive, compassionate, and forward-thinking care in a setting designed for comfort and well-being. With this donation, Times Group reaffirms its commitment to community-building that goes beyond development—supporting people at every stage of life.
